Ayatollah Khamenei the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution met today with participants of the Ammar Film Festival. Speaking at the meeting, His Eminence described the officials' attention to the issue of religion, religious principles, the Islamic Revolution and revolutionary values as a positive move, further adding: "You should adopt a long-term outlook on Islamic art and religious cinema. You should broaden your outlook by doing careful planning, being hopeful about the future and utilizing art in an appropriate way in order to produce the optimum effect."
Supreme Leader Meets with People of East Azerbaijan
Ayatollah Khamenei the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution met Saturday morning with thousands of people from Tabriz. Speaking at the meeting, which was held on the anniversary of the uprising by the people of Tabriz on the 29th of Bahman of 1356, His Eminence analyzed the unreasonable behavior of American politicians and the reasonable behavior of the Iranian nation and the Islamic Republic towards the issue of negotiations. He expressed his gratitude for the glorious and great presence of the Iranian nation in the rallies on the 22nd of Bahman and he referred to the recent event which took place in the Majlis.
Supreme Leader Meets with Air Force Commanders and Personnel
Ayatollah Khamenei the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution met Thursday morning with commanders and personnel of the Air Force of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army. Speaking at the meeting, which was held on the occasion of the historic pledge of allegiance of air force officers to Imam Khomeini (r.a.) on the 19th of Bahman of 1357, His Eminence said that the continuation of American pressures and threats over the past 34 years simultaneous with offers of negotiations shows their lack of good will.
Supreme Leader: Islamic Unity Is a Sacred Slogan
Ayatollah Khamenei the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution met Tuesday morning with a group of government officials, foreign participants of the 26th Conference on Islamic Unity, ambassadors of Islamic countries and people from different social backgrounds. Speaking at the meeting, which was held on the auspicious occasion of the birthday anniversaries of the Holy Prophet (s.w.a.) and Imam Sadiq (a.s.), His Eminence described Islamic unity as a sacred slogan. He also described unity of the Islamic Ummah as the most important message of the Holy Prophet's (s.w.a.) mission.
