Receiving the head and the officials of the Judiciary, the Islamic Revolution Leader Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei regarded the establishment of justice as the main duty of this power and its fulfillment, as related to acting according to the Constitution.
Referring to the country's recent issues, the IR Leader stressed:" Solving issues is possible through legal standards and all elites, activists and political parties from both sides should avoid any agitation of emotions and making flaws in the people's solidarity."
In this meeting attended by a number of martyrs' families of June 28th, 1981 event, the IRI Leader commemorated these exalted martyrs especially the martyr Ayatollah Dr. Beheshti, adding: "The most important characteristic of this event is the martyrdom of a number of prominent figures, senior managers, ministers, MPs and political elites in the way of the high goal of Islamic Revolution and System.
Stressing that the objective behind these assassinations was evacuating the Islamic Revolution from prominent figures and elites, Ayatollah Khamenei said:" Contrary to the enemies' supposition, the Islamic Revolution was not harmed despite these assassinations, however, its main pillar which is the relation between people and the system, was strengthened."
Pointing to the prominent role of the martyr Ayatollah Beheshti in the Islamic Revolution, as well as establishing the Islamic judiciary system, he added: "Good works have been done in the judiciary during the past 30 years, especially during the past 10 years in which an excellent and scholar figure like Mr. Shahroodi headed this power, so that his efforts and the senior managers of the judiciary system should be thanked."
Reminding the main duty of the judiciary system in the establishment of justice, the IR Leader stressed: "The standard of justice is acting according to law and if law is set as a standard for acting in society, justice will be materialized."
Stressing that the materialization of justice is very difficult and needs different software and hardware infrastructures, Ayatollah Khamenei added: "The establishment of justice in society beside all these infrastructures, needs relying on God and a strong will, and this morale should be expanded in the judiciary."
"The most important issue is the result and outcome of the work and if the outcome is justice, we will be proud in front of the Almighty God, the people and ourselves," the IR Leader added.
Referring to the obstacles facing the materialization of justice, the IRI Leader added:" The most difficult part of the establishment of justice is where the opposite side, the powerful and the arrogant have some expectations but we should resist against them and only consider the Almighty God and the Constitution."
Pointing to recent developments of the country, Ayatollah Khamenei termed legal procedures as solution to the recent affairs and the said that the senses of the youth should not be instigated because the Iranian nation with different tastes is a united nation which enjoys a good relation with its system.
Ayatollah Khamenei added that high turnout of people in the ballot stations showed their confidence in the Islamic system.
The IR Leader noted that lawlessness is worse than running law and said that by relying on God's blessings, the Iranian nation is faithful, vigilant and ready to be present at the scene and it has no problem with the system but they are political elites who should be cautious about their words and deeds.
Ayatollah Khamenei advised the two sides' political activists to avoid instigating the other side and said that if political elites get united the plots and interferences of international cruel politicians will be in vain.
Referring to meddling policies of the American and European officials over IRI'S affairs, the IRI Leader said these people, by uttering idiotic words assume that all their problems have been solved and it is only the issue of Iran that remains unresolved. They ignore the fact that wherever they step politically the Iranian nation considers the spot as spoiled.
"Such illogical comments will backfire because the Iranian nation, during the eight years of Sacred Defense (Iraq-imposed war), while experiencing heavy bombardments and chemical weapons attack noticed that these governments showed no mercy but supported the enemy of the Iranian nation," Ayatollah Khamenei said.
Pointing to merciless crimes and atrocities of the Americans as well as some European states in Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan and Palestine, the IR Leader said these governments are not friends of nations and now that they express their support for the Iranian nation or certain individuals in the country, the people know that they are pursuing a sinister goal by doing this.
"If the Iranian nation remains united and maintains its resistance which was granted to them by the Islamic Revolution, the enemies will not be able to harm them," Ayatollah Khamenei said.
