A festive ceremony was held Thursday morning in the presence of the Islamic Revolution Leader Ayatollah Sayed Ali Khamenei to mark the concurrent birth anniversaries of the greatest woman of all time Hazrat Fatemeh Zahra may Allah's peace be upon her as well as the founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Imam Khomeini, may Allah confer mercy on him.
In a speech to the huge gathering of celebrants, Ayatollah Khamenei described Hazrat Fatemeh as the great miracle of Islam, adding that the honorable woman had attained such a position that ranked her atop all the great women in history.
The Islamic Revolution Leader invoked the Islamic teachings to present Hazrat Fatemeh as the ocean of Divine cognizance, worship, virtues and spiritual sublimity, adding that another leading characteristic of the honorable woman emerged in her twelve blessed descendants who were appointed by Divinity as vicegerents of the Last Messenger of Allah, Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH).
"The blessed generation constitutes the true interpretation of the Sura of Kowsar in Koran. Every one of those immaculate Imams stands as a pathway of salvation for humanity," Ayatollah Khamenei said.
Ayatollah Khamenei then touched on the ongoing combat by all the activists affiliated to the Islamic System against the cultural confrontation of the world arrogance, recently fanned further by the the American Congress through allocation of some budget to confront the I.R. of Iran.
"The Global Arrogance tries to annihilate the people's monotheist allegiance oriented towards the Twelve Vicegerents by obliterating their religious engagements and anti-oppression resolve," Ayatollah Khamenei alerted.
Ayatollah Khamenei urged people for enhancing their Islamic harmony, saying, "At present any provocation of Islamic denominations or incitation of discord would translate into a blow to Islam and promotion of America and Zionist regime's interests."
The IR Leader noted that the ongoing Palestinian infight and the Lebanese internal discords only serve the interests of America and Israel especially considering the fact that these discords or infighting have pushed aside the fiaght against the Zionist regime.
"Enemies of Islam out of their arrogant mood try to provoke discord among the Islamic groups and denominations through an assortment of ploys," Ayatollah Khamenei warned.
Ayatollah Khamenei in another part of his speech set forth the undertaking of eulogists of the Immaculate Household in deepening the public faith and promoting Islamic harmony.
"Even though Islam enjoys a strong rational and philosophical base, no religious platform could survive or burgeon in the course of history unless it applies affection and heartfelt faith," Ayatollah Khamenei noted.
"The eulogists have a faith-building, culture-rearing role. They can cement the heart-bound link between the followers and their beloved Imams. For the same reason, they must perform such poems that help enhance the faith of their audience," Ayatollah Khamenei said.
In the same regard, Ayatollah Khamenei recommended the young eulogists that by creative adherence to the style of the veteran performers, picking of poems with strong content and offering fresh, instructive ideas they could promote their performance in terms of quality and effect.
