During his meeting with the family of Martyr Commander Soleimani this afternoon, Ayatollah Imam Khamenei, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, said that the popularisation of the name, memory and characteristics of the martyr was due to his sincerity. He said, “The most important role and service of this noble martyr has been the revival of the Resistance Front in the region.”

In the meeting, which was held on the eve of the fourth anniversary of the martyrdom of Soleimani, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution pointed out that it was due to the existence of the Resistance Front that the resistance in Gaza lasted for nearly three months. He said, “Martyr Soleimani worked hard to revive the Resistance Front and performed this task with the same sincerity, tact, intellect and ethics.”

Ayatollah Imam Khamenei praised and appreciated the efforts of Commander Qa’ani of IRGC's Quds Force and added, "This direction of strengthening the Resistance Front should continue."

Also present at the gathering were the Commander-in-Chief of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and the Commander of the IRGC's Quds Force.

Ms Zainab Soleimani presented a short report on the cultural and artistic activities that had been organised and are currently being implemented to convey the spirituality, character and virtues of Martyr Soleimani to the young generation.
