Ayatollah Khamenei, the leader of the Islamic Revolution, condemned the recent blasphemies against Islamic sanctities and the Holy Quran in several European countries. The leader of the Islamic Revolution considered these blasphemies as a sign of arrogant hostility towards the essence of Islam and called on all freedom-seeking people of the world to stand against the wicked policy of insulting sanctities and spreading hatred.

The statement issued by Ayatollah Khamenei on the Twitter account KHAMENEI.IR reads as follows:

"The insane blasphemy against the Quran under the slogan of freedom shows that the goal of the imperialist Powers is the essence of Islam and the Quran. Despite the oppression, the Qur'an is becoming more powerful every day, and the future belongs to Islam. All freedom-seeking people of the world must stand alongside Muslims against the wicked policy of insulting sanctities and spreading hatred."
